A BUSINESS THAT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE!

I have joined an awesome business called U-Care . We are doing it as a family as I am working with my mom and dad. We have been doing the business since 01 October 2006 and it is going VERY well so far. My dad and I were both in profit from the first month and EVERY MONTH OUR EARNINGS INCREASE!
Here is a brief summary of how the business works:
LUCKY DRAWS
Simply by being a donating member of the company, you qualify for the monthly cash lucky draw where they give away R14000 in cash .
Every three months, they give away a Chevvy Spark company car.
I'm sure you know of "Charity Circle" or "St Johns" where they send you a pamphlet showing various cars that you can win for a monthly donation and they show you pictures of all the winners. I have been donating for years and years (I felt it was a good cause) and have NEVER won anything. (Kind of like my weekly lotto tickets I have been buying faithfully and still haven't won the millions!) However, just one month after joining, in November 2006, my dad was one of the lucky winners of R500 ! SUPPORT YOUR CHARITY
When you join our company, you nominate a charity that you wish to support. We have over 117 charities at the moment, ranging from AIDS, to Hospice, animal welfare, old age, orphans and many others so you should be able to find a charity you like.
If you feel strongly about another charity that is not on the list, you could nominate that charity but there would have to be around 30 people nominating the charity before the charity starts receiving money on a regular basis.
We have nominated Fighting Chance - a charity that counsels abused children - which is not on the list yet, but we have quite a few people nominating so hopefully Fighting Chance will receive regular money this year. U-CARE'S DONATIONS
In the first month of business, April 2005, U-Care donated R1500 to the Pietermaritzburg and Districts Community Chest. In January 2007 they donated R224,000.00 which takes our total donations to over R2.173Million . I'm sure you'll agree that is HUGE growth.
This business is really taking off and now is the time to join! EARN AN INCOME
You can also make this into a business by introducing other people to the company. This will be explained in the table below. INTERNET MARKETING

SO HOW DOES IT WORK?
You donate R125 (or multiples thereof) to the U-Care Fund.
A maximum of 20% goes to Admin for their expenses;
a minimum of 20% goes to the Charities Distribution Account and is then allocated to the various charities;
60% is used to pay commissions, rewards and prizes.
As U-Care is a non-profit organization, any excess goes back into the Charities Distribution account. |

SO HOW DO YOU MAKE MONEY?

There are four levels of commission.
Based on a donation of R125 per month:
Level 1 pays R10,
Level 2 pays R20,
Level 3 pays R30 and
Level 4 pays R15.
If you add this all up, you get to R75.00

You join and you tell some people about the business and bring them or send them to a presentation. When they join, they will be placed on your first level. Remember that level 1 pays R10 so when you have a minimum of 3 people on your Level 1, you will earn R30.
However, go as wide as possible! You can introduce 5, 10, 20 or even 200 people on your first level. Introduce at least 3 members within 30 days and U-Care will give you a Quick Start Reward of R100 . When you earn more than R125, they deduct the next month's donation - saving you on debit order costs - and pay you the balance, which is your pure profit. It might not seem like a lot but what business can you do where you are in profit in your first month! You have to introduce 3 donating members in order to qualify to earn commission.
Besides, imagine if you introduce 20 first level people! You would earn R200 for the 20 people plus the R100 bonus which makes it R300 – R125 = R175 profit for the first month.

Of course the three members that joined you also want to make money so they also introduce 3 members each. 3 x 3 = 9 so now you have 9 people on your second level which pays R20 per person so on your level 2 you are earning R180 plus the R30 from level one which takes your second month earnings to R210. After deducting the R125 for the following month, your profit will be R85.
Plus, if this happens within 60 days, the company will give you a Commitment Reward of R500 taking your earnings to R710, less your R125 making a total profit of R585 for your second month.
The figures are starting to look better aren't they?

Now those 9 people ALSO want to make money so they also introduce 3 people. 3 x 9 = 27 so on your third level you will have 27 people and the third level commission is R30 so you are now earning R810 for level 3 plus your R210 for levels 1 and 2 making your monthly earnings R1020.
When you get a minimum of 3x3x3, the company gives you a monthly Perseverance Reward of R780 per month which means you now earn R1800 per month. After your next month's donation is deducted, your profit will be R1675.
However if you can do this within 150 days, the company will give you a once-off reward of R1500 making your total earnings R3300 less the R125 equals a profit of R3175.

I highly recommend that you introduce more than 3 people.
Here are some scenarios of how your business can grow. If you do the minimum - 3x3x3x3 - you will earn R2275 per month plus your R780 bonus meaning you are earning over R3000 and so are the charities!
Doing 7x5x4x3 would give you more than R11000 per month .
Introducing 5 members all the way down the line takes your earnings to R13675 per month plus other rewards and bonuses .
Introducing 6 members all the way down the line takes your earnings to more thanR30000 per month with the rewards and bonuses. But I think your target should be 20x10x4x3 which will give you more than R70000 per month .
Can you imagine spending R70000 per month?

EARNERS
In September 2006, Hilary from Pietermaritzburg earned R32000. Her November earnings were R45000.00. Every month her commission increases. Not too shabby!!! Plus remember this is residual, life-long income so give this business a good go for the next year and you will see that you will be able to take a month off and come back and you will still have earned money!!! It really is an awesome business for a mere R125 per month!
There is a lady in Gauteng who started 6 months ago and is earning over R30000 per month. If she can do it, you can do it too !
U-CARE STARTER KIT There is a U-Care Starter Kit available at R100. This includes a manual, a pamphlet and 15 application forms in a plastic carry folder. Applications are R5 each (i.e. R75 worth) and the manual is R60 so the starter kit is good value. It is highly recommended.
WHAT'S THE CATCH?
I'm sure now that you have actually got all the way down to the bottom (and congratulations on that - I am impressed!) you are thinking to yourself that this sounds too good to be true and there has to be a catch. Well you are right of course - there is a catch!
The catch is that you have to put some effort into this. Our business is MLM, also known as multi level marketing or network marketing. This is a proven method of building a long-term, residual income which is effectively an income for life - forever - for you and your beneficiaries - as long as you and your downline are in the business.
It is not called net-sit-at-the-beach-and-do-nothing-and-earn-money-marketing. That doesn't exist.
Work hard at this business for a year and THEN you will be able to sit at the beach and do nothing and earn money.
Initially though, you will have to do some work but in our company, it is simply referring people to presentations where our trained presenters will explain the business.
Your job is just to invite people. How easy is that? If a 12 year old can invite people to a party, you can invite people to a business presentation. It really is that simple. You are not required to answer questions on the business - that is the presenter's job. You simply bring people to the presentation PLUS the presentations are free (no entrance fee).
PRESENTATIONS
My office in Pinetown, KwaZulu Natal is open from Tuesdays through to Saturdays for the 11am presentation. We close after that as Pinetown is purely a presentation venue.

P.S. When I did Herbalife and Amway, I found that I spent more on training sessions and products than I actually earned. Plus I was a nightmare to visit as my friends found as soon as they walked in to my lounge, on the dining room table I had all the products spread out and I tried to sell them something!
U-Care is different.
The pro's are:
• You do not have to do "personal volume" and buy products each month which can set you back anywhere from R300 to R1500 each month.
• You do not have to sell products each month.
• People join on a debit order. I recommend you start with R125.
• I spent a fortune on training seminars with Herbalife and Amway. Every training session I've been to at U-Care has been free.
• People quickly earn money with U-Care and when you are earning money, you don't cancel so the cancellation rate is very low .
P.P.S
Start promoting to friends, family, acquaintances etc now so they join the same month as you, then your first donation of R125 could be the only donation you make as your income should exceed that and U-Care will pay you your profit into your bank account every month on the 20th. Give it a go and see!
